Georgia Football Weekend 2021 – Week 6
This year KLS is starting our weekly look at football in the great state of Georgia a little late. We are picking up at the mid-point of the season. Georgia is looking like they are ready to compete for a National Title. Georgia Tech is trying to fight to become bowl eligible and Georgia Southern has already fired their coach. We are in the midst of our first season where the fans are back amid Covid.
Georgia Tech vs Duke
Georgia Tech heads to Durham today to take on the Duke Bluedevils. Neither team is having the greatest season but Tech has probably had the most heartbreak. The Yellowjackets are 2-3 and probably should be 4-1. Today’s game against the struggling Bluedevils should get the Coach Collins team back on the winning track and possibly reach the first bowl game of his coaching tenure.
Prediction: Georgia Tech 34 Duke 28

Georgia is looking like one of the best teams in the country. The defense is as dominant as we have seen from any team in college football. The Bulldogs crushed what was supposed to be their big test last week against Arkansas. After dismantling the then #8 Razorbacks 37-0, the Dawgs will face #18 Auburn. Georgia has only allowed 2 touchdowns in their first 5 games this year look to take on a decent Auburn team. The 18 ranking maybe a little high who got pressed by Georgia State and has not signature wins so far this season.
Prediction: Georgia 30 Auburn 7
