Georgia Football Weekend 2020 – Week 7

The Bulldogs of UGA have the week off after a tough loss to Alabama last week. The rest of the big boy programs in Georgia are in action this week. The Big Ten conference also returns to the football schedule this week making the season feel a little bit more normal.

Georgia Southern has some hot Sun Belt Conference action this week against #25 Coastal Carolina. The Chanticleers are riding high after defeating ranked Louisiana in their last game. This will not be the walk in the park UMass was but expect the Eagles to put up a good fight in this conference match up. The want to win this time around against a ranked team.

After a high scoring loss to Arkansas State the Panthers are ready to get back at it against the Trojans of Troy. Troy has won their last 2 games and are 3-1 so far this season. Georgia State will continue to ride the arm and leg Cornelious Brown who is responsible for 10 touchdowns so far in these first three games. As good as Troy as played this year this will be their toughest competition since their loss against BYU. Georgia State has scored at least 34 points in all their games this season and topped 40 in the last 2 games. This high-powered offense will give the Trojans all they can handle.
